Incentives4u reserves the right to change its Terms & Conditions at any time, for any reason, without notice. We also reserve the right to change the methods through which free items are earned. This may include, but is not limited to, increasing or decreasing the number of referrals you have to earn. We may also add or remove any product listed as an incentive at any time. If we replace a product, the new product may not be of equal value.

We reserve the right to change the products or offers at any time, for any reason.

(1) Website Subscription

1. All users must provide accurate information; failure to do this will result in account closure. Users agree to update and maintain their account information.

2. All addresses must be in the United Kingdom. Users with addresses not located in the United Kingdom will not receive products. Items may not be shipped to PO Boxes.

3. Only one account per Incentives4u Site is allowed per shipping address. Multiple accounts with the same shipping address will be placed on hold and no items will be posted out. We withhold the right to permanently suspend accounts on this basis.

4. Only one account per user, per Incentives4u Site, regardless of different shipping addresses. If a user is suspected of having more than one account, all suspicious accounts will be placed on hold. This suspension is permanent until we can prove without doubt no fraudulent activity has occurred.

5. Referrals cannot be transferred or donated from one account to another. Two or more accounts cannot be merged into one account. If you complete an offer under one account, this offer credit cannot then be transferred to another account.

6. If your account is suspended, you are not permitted to create another account. Any user who is found to create a second account when they have an existing suspended account will be permanently banned from the Incentives4u network of sites.

7. By registering for an account on Incentives4u, you agree to receive any 3rd party messages that we wish to send to you. Including, but not limited to, 3rd party advertisements and offers.

8. Any unauthorized use, entry, or hacking into any part of the Incentives4u Network is illegal and is will individuals will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

9. The user consents to Incentives4u displaying their email address on various pages of Incentives4u, as part of the referral process.

(2) IP Policy

Only one account is allowed per IP address per Incentives4u website. Each user is allowed to have one account per Incentives4u website. We reserve the right to choose whether to ship to users on University, work IP addresses or any other non private IP addresses. By signing up under a commonly shared network you risk having your account being placed on hold at anytime unless properly shown that your actions were not conducted fraudulently. Each account dispute will be dealt with on an individual basis and users have the right to put forward any mitigating circumstances evidence. If in the opionion of Incentives4u, a genuine mistake has been made with regards multiple IP address, we will simply remove the association between the conflicting accounts. The decision made by Incentives4u is final.

(3) Offers and Credit

1. Receiving credit for an offer cannot be guaranteed. If you believe that you have completed an offer correctly, please open a support ticket with your name, account name, e-mail address, offer completed, and the date that you have completed the offer. Depending on the validity of the claim, we will try to give you credit for the offer. However, we cannot guarantee you will receive credit.

1. We reserve the right to withhold offer credit for any reason and at anytime. Completing an offer does not guarantee you will receive offer credit, however we will always strive to ensure that users are credited when they have successfully completed an offer.

2. Users must complete the offer by using the link provided by Incentives4u. If you go to the web site directly, use another affiliate's link, or go to the offer site by any means other than through this web site, we reserve the right not to give you credit for that offer.

3. Users are responsible for saving all confirmation e-mails received by affiliate companies. These e-mails might be needed in the case that manual credit for an offer needs to be given.

4. Incentives4u is not responsible for any unknown or unexpected charges that you receive from one or more of our offers. Please read the offers terms and conditions of the advertiser before signing up.

5. It is important that users complete their offers in good faith. Incentives4u depends on a good relationship with its publishers, after all it is them who pay the commission for your free gifts. If this dries up then the so does the freebie scene. For this reason (only really applies to the partial credit offers) each user can complete only one offer per advertiser. Users who complete the same offer twice will only receive credit for one of their offers. This is to protect the Incentives4u Network and the publishers from "bad traffic."

(4) Products

1. Incentives4u cannot guarantee the availability of a product at the time of order. If a product is unavailable we will order an alternative product or gift voucher. This may or may not be equal to the value of the originally selected gift.

2. If any account is suspected of false information in order to gain referrals, that account will be suspended immediately.

3. Users may complete each Incentives4u Site more than once. Please submit a support ticket if you wish to do this.

(5) Verifications and Orders

1. Incentives4u is not responsible for lost orders due to, but not limited to, incorrect shipping addresses or faults on behalf of the shipping companies. Incentives4u will not take returns or exchanges except where there has been an error on our part.

(6) Other Information

1. Incentives4u reserves the right to suspend any account, at any time, for any reason.

2. Incentives4u reserves the right to deny credit, for any offer, for any reason.

3. Incentives4u is a free service and as such is unable to guarantee a payment of any amount or rewards of any kind, regardless of offers or referrals completed.

4. Definition: "Free" in this context does not mean that you will not pay any money. In the course of completing an offer, it is possible that you will be asked to pay for a trial or a service. This is at user choice and discretion. We will never force you or ask you to pay any money.

(7) Exclusions and Limitations

1. We will endeavour to keep the operational at all times. However we do not represent or warrent that access to our website or any part of it will be uninterrupted, reliable or fault free.

(9) Spam Policy

Incentives4u takes spam very seriously for the simple reason that it affects the reputation of the Incentives4u Network and the freebie scene as a whole. For this reason users will be given once chance. Please make sure that your referrals know exactly what they are a signing up for. Please adhere to the T&Cs of any website or other medium to which you are advertising your referral link. If a user is caught spamming their link for a second time they risk having their account placed on hold.
